- How will charges from EclipseWebinars.com appear on my bank statements?
Charges from EclipseWebinars.com will appear on your credit card and/or bank statements as coming from "eVerbatim, Inc.".
Also, please note that we also operate the "ReporterSeminars.com" website, so charges from there will also appear from the same company.
- How do I print a receipt?
Receipts are distributed in two different ways:
- A few minutes after registration a copy of your receipt is emailed to you as a PDF file
- Receipts are always available through your Account Dashboard in the lower right side
Opening up the receipt attached to your email will allow you to either print the receipt to your printer or to save the receipt, which ever you prefer.
If you are accessing the receipt from the Account Dashboard just click the "Print" link next to the webinar you registered for. The receipt will appear in PDF format in a separate window, usually in your browser. From there you can either print it, save it or do both.
- Do you store my credit card information?
No. While our site does retain your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number for convenience purposes, we NEVER retain your credit card information for security reasons. Each time you register for a webinar you will need to enter your credit card information (except your billing address) during the process.
- Refunds
EclipseWebinars offers low-cost, informative webinars at prices that nearly everyone can afford. All that’s required is a high-speed internet connection. When you sign up for one of our webinars, we register you for the live event, enable you to view the recorded event when it is released, and charge your credit card.
If you change your mind and do not wish to attend or view one of the webinars you have signed up for, and would like a refund, you must notify us by the date of the live webinar. A refund check will be mailed to you in the amount paid minus the merchant fee, approximately 2.5%, which we are charged for credit card transactions and which is not refundable.
