You can access this recording, as well as the handouts for the webinar AND your CEU documents using the link below. Remember that you only need to send the NCRA a copy of your Certificate of Completion (CoC) for credit. The CoC is available in 2 different ways, depending on how you viewed the event. If you viewed the event LIVE you would have been sent a link to generate and print your CoC last week. If you did NOT attend live, instructions to access your CoC will be shown to you once you finish watching the recording for the 2nd hour (segment) of this webinar.
